Emma Tippett has been a clinical Naturopath for over a decade, as the owner and principal practitioner at Empowered Health Naturopathic Clinic, Emma has supported many patients in gaining an understanding of what the body is trying to communicate in a variety of health presentations with a particular interest in Anxiety. Understanding is the foundation to finding the right solution for each individual patient with thier unique presentation in mind. Her journey began with her own Anxiety challenges, which laid the foundation for her research in managing Anxiety and finding lasting relief. This resulted in consulting with a diverse range of clients struggling with anxiety. Through years of clinical practice, Emma developed a toolkit of strategies that have enabled countless individuals to navigate their anxiety more effectively and to find a more balanced and peacful way of life.
Beyond her clinical role, Emma’s deep-rooted passion for teaching and empowering others led her to create the course "Anxiety Breakthrough: Strategies for lasting relief".
